New York Day 5

woke up at 12:30

- got breakfast at a falafel cart with grace and corinne

- ate at central park

- met up with mom and aunt at the park

- walked back to apt then too subway to highland

- walked by hudson river and on the highland

- split up and had coffee with mom at some random cafe

- took cab to Magnolia Bakery: got cupcakes :3

- took subway to meet family from the other side

- ate at Bann with my uncle, aunt, and little cousin

- uncle drove my mom and i back to the apt

- met my uncle dan and aunt

- ate my cupcake :3

New York Day 4

woke up at 10

- had another amazing breakfast

- took subway to greenwich with everyone

- ended up seeing hannah park from high school walking to work :o

- saw nyu buildings

- got some nuts

- took subway to brooklyn

- ate lunch at Peter Lugers: had the steak, it tasted like…jesus…

- took subway down to williamsburg (hipster capitol) with grace and corinne

- got cappuccino at a swedish cafe

- walked to Beacons Closet, cool thrift store where the hipest of all hipsters shop

- pooped at some random cafe

- took subway to grace’s friend sway’s apt in bed stuy

- ate fries at this belgian french fry place where they only sell french fries

- met with mom, uncle, and aunt for dinner

- ate chinese people at Peking Duck

- went home

- corinne’s 23rd bday so we all got ready for a night on the town…..didnt wear my fly walking shoes because it wouldve been rude to outshine the bday gurl

- took train to greenwich village again

- went to cafe wha?: had a few beers

- walked around some more and went to small place called VBar: had another beer

- took subway back home

- i died

funniest part of the day:

Ok, so this is going to sound crazy….

but you have to fucking believe me.

on the first day i was here, i saw some asian kid with neon blue shoes taking pictures in front of this monument that had the letters LOVE but the L and O were on top of the V and E and they were huge and yeah you get the picture. just your classic asian kid taking pictures….

so,

the next day while i was at the Metropolitan Museum, i see this guy walk past me while my mom and i are leaving the building. im like “mom! thats the kid we saw taking pictures yesterday!” and she was like “mmhhmmm, thats nice” and i was like “asdlkfjhlaiwhKJAHFLKAW!!!”

yeah my mind was blown

today while grace, corrine and i are walking through time square….

so now im thinking, maybe this kid is my soul mate or something. but seriously, what are the chances.

New York Day 3

woke up around 8:30

- had an amazing breakfast at home

- took subway to Time Square

- got on a bus tour around manhattan

- got off and took a ferry to staten island: saw some green bitch standing in the ocean

- got off ferry and took another one back to manhattan

- got back on the tour bus

- got off and ate lunch at Carnegie: had the pastrami sandwich and some cheesecake

- went to a cafe called Cafe Bene at Time Square: had some ice coffee and this tiramisu thing, but i only got it because i wanted the cool chocolate thing on top :3

- ran away from my mom and aunt so we didnt have to go back on the tour bus teehee

- took a train with my cousin and corinne to SOHO

- went shopping at TOP SHOP, Yellow Rat Bastard, H&M, and UNIQULO

- took subway back: got on the N train. hehehe N train…. N for nice… Nice train…

- got home and had some dukboki

funniest part of the day: 

Corinne: Hey wanna hear a joke about my penis…..? Nevermind, it’s too long. 

New York Day 2

woke up at 8

- my cousin grace and her friend corinne arrive

- had my first slice of NY pizza: it taste like pizza.

- fell back asleep

- got coffee at Cafe Metro in front of the apt: had iced coffee

- took a subway to the museum 

- went to the Metropolitan Museum of Art: huuuggeee. incredible collection. something there for everyone. 

- took bus home

- saw aunt for the first time while staying here

- met with my uncle (grace’s dad) for dinner

- ate italian food at Isle of Capri

- said bye to everyone then went home

New York Day 1

woke up around 12

- ate NY bagel for breakfast: it tasted like a bagel

- walked to MoMA, the Museum of Modern Art: saw Van Gogh’s Starry Night and almost pooped my pants. 

- took a break from museum and walked around

- got starbucks

- got a NY hot dog: it tasted like a hot dog

- went back to museum

- went shopping down 5th avenue: godiva, swatch, lego, lord and taylor, urban outfitters

- walked back to apt (bout 50 blocks all together)

- ate dinner at Wajima with mom

- had udon, beef tripe, sushi, and sake

- went back to apt

New York Day 0

im leaving in like 15 mins to LAX. im pretty excited to go to new york again. im going with my mom and staying with my aunt who lives in manhattan. ill be back friday afternoon. if anyone wants anything just text me and id be more than happy to bring something back!!

the other day i went to pick up my little cousin. i had also started my period that morning. as i arrived at the day care, my cramps were getting worse and worse. before i pick him up he gives me a number of minutes he wants to play before we leave. he asked for 7. i asked him if we could leave early, “my stomach hurts beck”. he looks up at me with a stern face as he puts on his shoes and says, “well, how many cookies did you eat bitch?”
